About SDD

Amaze brings to you a simple offline utility for maintaining Structural Digital Database as mandated by SEBI.

Maintenance of Structured Digital Database (“SDD”) has been mandatory since April 1, 2019 in view of the relevant provisions under the Regulation 3(5) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’), with Amendment Regulations announced in 2018.

Amaze SDD is insider trading compliance software. This can be used by the Compliance Officer may be designated to maintain the database and he/she shall enter the names of all the DPs and persons brought inside in the SDD, on the basis of information received by him/her for other departments.

To address this issue Amaze SDD provides easiest way to maintain database on internal server with full of security. User role based login functionality is also provided. However, it is not necessary to provide access and control of the SDD only to the Compliance Officer. Rather, more than one person can access the system for the purposes of maintenance of SDD.
