The user agrees by installing this software/programme agree and acknowledge that this programme is a beta version and under testing and updation. the user very well understands that the result shown may be faulty or wrong. the results and reports are just for reference purposes and should not be treated as conclusive. users are advised to verify the messages and reports generated or send by us with third party consultants or trusted advisors. we will not be liable for any direct/indirect/consequential losses/delays/misfiling occurring due to any mis-reporting from our software.

Every person who signs-up for Amaze SDD application would be hereinafter referred to as the user. when you use our services, you provide us with things like your files, content, email message, contact and so on. the following disclaimer has been issued by AMAZE. by accessing or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer.

Use of this application is optional to you and at your sole discretion. you expressly agree that your use of the application is at your sole risk. the application (and any portion of the application) is provided “as is” “with all faults” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. neither AMAZE nor its affiliates make any warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of content or information available on or through application or the content of any applications or other internet resources linked to the application and assume no liability or responsibility for any:
a. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content or information;
b. Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of the application (or any parts thereof);
c. any unauthorized access to or use of secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein;
d. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application;
e. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the application (or any parts thereof) by any third party;
